AMI offers two levels of the INSIGHT service. Both levels of service include the initial geocoding of the client site address list and the loading of result data into the INSIGHT service. The AMI team will work with you to ensure your initial data load is correct. INSIGHT Standard and INSIGHT Enterprise both offer role-based security that lets you control who has access to the INSIGHT Administration website.


INSIGHT Standard provides location data on employees displayed on a Google map in real time which is accessible from any internet capable PC. The LiveMap feature refreshes itself every 30 seconds and includes the following features:

Mapping Features
  • The ability to identify the location of each of your employees by name on a Google map.
  • If the employee is in transit, the text bubble will reflect this, providing a visual indication of where the employee is and in what direction they are moving.
  • LiveMap offers several viewing options:
    • Innovative layer technology prevents text bubbles from obscuring each other making sure you can always view the location of an employee.
    • LiveMap includes all the features and functionality of Google map, including the ability to zoom and pan the map using the provided controls or using a drag-and-drop method, display satellite imagery of the visible area or display a combination of satellite imagery and street level imagery.
Schedule Features
  • INSIGHT can be configured to match an employee’s work schedule.
  • Multiple schedules can be set for each individual to accommodate employees who do not work the same hours consistently.
  • INSIGHT can also be set to reflect an employee’s vacation time or personal time off.  When an employee is off for vacation or personal reasons, INSIGHT will not monitor the employee for those pre-set days.

INSIGHT Enterprise gives you access to all of the features of INSIGHT Standard edition as well as the following features:

  • On Demand reporting capability utilizing Microsoft SQL 2005 Reporting Services. Reports can be printed directly from the INSIGHT administration web site or exported to Excel for additional off-line analysis.
  • On Demand reports can be run for a specific time period.  Pre-configured time periods include:  Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month, This Year, Last Year.  A customizable date range function is also available to cover any time periods not pre-configured.
  • Report details include date, day of week, employee name, name of client site visited, time stamp in and time stamp out from the client site.
  • Reports can be run for an individual or an entire team.
  • Reporting tools are provided to back-track unknown locations.  Easily discover if you are missing a potential client for your CRM system.
  • Snap Shot Google map display of "Where is My Team Right Now."
  • Snap Shot Google map display of a specific employee.
  • Integration with back-end CRM systems including SalesForce.com and Microsoft CRM for sending and receiving data.  This is a very exciting feature.
